Overpriced pool & poor customer service
Spent Christmas at this hotel. The location was great as it was close to the city center and had stunning views. Best of all was the delicious food offered at the restaurant. The room was clean and tidy on arrival and was well equipped for our stay. However, we were disappointed to find out that the pool cost 30 euros per person per day, which wasn’t advertised. When we inquired about a drink at the bar during dinner service, the receptionist refused to assist us.
It was really frustrating that the advertised features were not accurate. We felt uncomfortable being treated as if we were not paying customers.

The pool was great, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Moreover, the treatments were relaxing, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We appreciated the quality of the spa facilities as well as the delicious food that was offered in the restaurant. The prices were reasonable, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area.
We were disappointed with the service at the bar as it closed too early, and when dinner was being served, it was not possible to get a drink. Additionally, the breakfast variety was limited, and the staff was not responsive to our requests. Moreover, the room decor was outdated and did not match our expectations, and the bathroom was small and poorly designed. Finally, we were disappointed with the overall level of customer service, as some staff members were unresponsive and not willing to help.

The location is surrounded by lush greenery and provides a tranquil atmosphere. the swimming pool is an excellent place to relax and unwind. the professional staff offers an array of treatments to choose from, leaving guests satisfied with their experiences. Rooms are equipped with essential amenities and provide a comfortable stay.
Customer service can be improved to provide a better experience overall.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were the clean and well-maintained facilities, friendly staff at the bar, and the refreshing swimming pool. Parking was convenient and the location was easy to get to, with transportation readily available. Breakfast was also enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
